I told my friend once that when I died I wanted to be dropped iver the Orange Bowl during the next Miami FSU game. He said,”You want to be cremated?” I said, “No. I just want my body dropped from a plane onto FSUs sideline.”

Sadly, they tore it down before before this could take place.

Towards the end of the OB it was constantly under major costly maintenance in all phases from painting to press box upgrades the ground up. This was were I came in with the electrical contractors in my customer base most of them would bid for the electrical work which means I would be getting the orders.
One of my electrical contractor customer still to this day is on the NW corner of Marlin stadium on a seperate piece of land they were grand fathered in keeping there parcel

Any way this was how I had access to the OB and able to spread the ashes unimpeded being a constant presence there in case some old piece of ancient switch-gear went down.

The OB was a huge pain in the tail to keep running with very very limited funds from the city of Miami they wanted the GLORY of the OB but never wanted to spend a dime unless pressured to...SAD WAS THE ENDING WE ALL MISS IT TO THIS DAY.

i asked for this months ago, D-money sent me to WEZ, which is a total free for all. I wish WEZ and CIS were a combined super site of debauchery...
