Torres is locating his pitches extremely well.

If you contrast him to Rosario, then you begin to understand why Rosario struggles.

Rosario has great stuff, but doesn't locate his pitches well. Watching him pitch over the weekend, he got ahead of hitters, but his misses are so far off the plate they are easy takes where he then falls back into hitter's counts.

Our pitchers should take note of Torres's outing thus far. It's clinical. He is pitching extremely well and should move up to the weekend if he can maintain this level of pitching.
