Lyle arrested??

The only thing I remember from Saul Goodman was the shtick with the different address that he pulled.

I didn't watch Breaking Bad or the other series. I just know that one scene from him and it's enough tbh

As someone who exclusively practices criminal law, is a former broward prosecutor and whose practice is mostly based in broward, you are mistaken. Broward isn't Miami, they don't reduce charges for the sake of it. They need supervisor approval to make it Happen and won't do it with a legal reason, ie the evidence is weak etc. It absolutely could happen but it's not a given unless the states case is very weak

BTW, there is a third option. Let us discuss content freely. Message boards exist for discussion which include unverified rumors, speculation and hot takes people can't back up with a press release. Nobody comes here to read confirmed facts. That's what beat writers and team press conferences are for. If every post had to be verified before it went up, this would not be a 'Canes fan message board.

Shutting down rumor threads because they are "unconfirmed" goes against the DNA of this board. We should be able to discuss any rumor. We should be able to argue about it and we should be able to skeptical of it. That's fair game. Not allowing us to engage in debate defeats the purpose of the message board.

I am only wondering how you are coming to this conclusion without knowing the facts?

D$ said this incident happened BEFORE fall camp and UM was aware of it. So UM is aware of it and allowed him to practice and be with the team and did not try to separate like they did with Hayes. And this isnt an attack on you, it goes both ways, the people saying he gets a plead deal without knowing the facts I think are equally misguided. But I would tend to think UM thought it was low enough to not send him home and it took some time for the warrant to come out so something is going on clearly but how bad or not is still TBD.

My 15 years of experience in broward as a prosecutor and defense attorney. Again it could get reduced but anyone assuming they'll just do it does not have a fundamental understanding of the policies and procedures of the Broward County state attorneys office.

Broward sao will fight for the sake of fighting. That's how they operated under Michael satz (my old boss) and it's how they operate under Harold pyror the new state attorney.

We don't have to hear how great he looks in practice anymore and listen to him being compared to Willis and Saquan and Emmitt and Michael Jordan......to suck in the games. Listening to Mike Ryan regarding Lyle is downright exhausting.

Pringle is better anyway. D$ has finally seen the light also and correctly describes Pringle as a North/South inside runner that also happens to run a 10.4. Best vision on the team also.

Yeah and what I am saying is you could be a 45 year attorney and how do you come to that conclusion one way or another without knowing wtf actually happened?

Basically I am agreeing with you the people saying it gets reduced just because dont know jack because they likewise dont know the facts, If Lyle had a baby in the back seat and took the cops on a 100mph chase over the causeway into SOBE while smoking a joint giving the finger, yeah I think most agree a plea deal would be hard to come by.

Innocent until proven guilty. You don't suspend someone before the legal process.
