Luke Fickell v. Mike Norvell

If FSU gets him he'll be a better coach than Jimbo there. I don't know if they'll win a national championship (Jimbo struck lightning with Jameis), but I can see him winning 10 games/ season minimum there and becoming competitive with Clemson in 3 years.
 
Fickell is interesting. Has experience at a top tier program and coached under one of the best to ever do it. Now is finding success leading his own team.
It might be premature, but those three things make him worth looking at. Of course, given our current situation about anyone looks better.

Unfortunately won’t happen this Administration / athletic department could care less about winning. Coming here is a step down in our current situation.

Fickell was the one-year interim coach at OSU the season between Tressell and Meyer.
He lost to Al Golden.

Yep, we are about eating pineapples and granola; and dancing on the sidelines
 
Norvell yes Fickell needs more time to prove himself. I’m tired of jumping the gun and hiring coaches before they prove they can sustain success.

We will probably regret not hiring Norvell
