Lucas Injury?

So if something happened it was on the punt that was initially ruled a fumble that hit a Stanford player. It does look like he may have pulled up there. (He’s the gunner at the top)

Looks like this was his last snap. It was also 42-6 the next time the defense went out there, so idk.

No matter what. Next man up.

If Lucas is actually injured, you are now down Lucas, OJ and Antoine.

You can get through Thursday but man is that thin for Wake forest of all 3 are actually out.

That leaves you Brown, O’Connor, Portis, Thornton, Maybe we see JJ slide to corner if Day is back and can spell at safety.

This Lucas stuff is out of left field and the fact that this thread hasn’t been nuked might mean there is truth to it.

Good catch that’s a hamstring for sure.

Yikes. Our best cornerback is now Damari Brown

It sux but that's the nature of this sport.
The only aspect I detest.
This is why I cringe when folks in the middle of summer are saying we are stacked at certain positions when all it takes an injury or two to reverse the situation.
That's football.
We recruit well. Time to play the youngsters.

If he was hurt on that play, it looks more like hamstring, cramps. Pretty hard to break a bone with no contact running in a straight line.
