My point stands - We're not getting much production out of our DTs this year and have little pass rush. Our DL is underpeforming. The guys that have been here for 3-4 years aren't getting it done. Try out LT in certain packages. UF is different, they're 3-1 and lost to Bama by 2 points. Their defense isn't ranked near last in the country. Maybe they could've found Collier more PT. But it's for different circumstances compared to LT. Also, LT and Collier aren't the same caliber player.

The double standards of justifications here are hilarious. The fact of the matter is, Collier was a 5 star DB who has yet to sniff the field for UF but no one up there is pounding the table for him to transfer and conjuring up a media circus. These kids have been on campus something like 4 months and it's not like Taylor was wreaking havoc against a division 2 school. Manny and the staff have their fair share of shortcomings but many of you are trying desperately to create a narrative and hoping it comes to fruition

I think he starts next year with JHH and Miller ion rotation hopefully Flowers keeps growing i think he can be special
 
Which positions in our defensive scheme are the easiest to step right into? I'm sure all of them present their own challenges to young guys but - on the face of it - it would seem that the responsibilities of a DT might be easier to master more quickly than the other positions.

People need to remember just because your a 5star, doesn't mean your game ready. Much of that is based off size and physical projection, i. e, what you will become. Some of it is based on stats achieved on high school level. Some guys mentally and physically mature faster, but in the end its all about how you develop and utilize what your taught.

We do have some talent at DT - JHH, Nesta, and Miller and Ford have 3-5 years in a college weight program vs. a true freshman coming in over the summer

Should LT be playing over Nesta and JHH, No, but should he be splitting a small amount of reps with Ford and Miller - 100% yes
 
Miller looks like Calista Flockhart now but still moves like Java the Hunt from Stars Wars.
Shoop mentioned 10-15 snaps for Taylor so hopefully they follow through on that.

You're right, he could have chosen 10k other topics to discuss in his weekly blog but he chose to address the rumors that he was ****ed/transferring and explain that he only knows half the playbook and he has a lot to learn (his exact words).

You choose to believe he's lying in his blog when he could have never even addressed it. Then it is ratified by a former player that is in local media what a bunch of clowns guys like you are. You keep doing you though since you're clearly the smartest guy in the room.
