LT Clears up rumors

We only know what we are allowed to know. By multiple sources. So we dont know a lot of a lot. And LT seems like a good kid, and understands that he has ways to go until he gets to where he wants to be. He is super raw but has all the tools to succeed. Our role as supporters is to make sure he feels the love and not feed into the craziness.

Go Canes!

I love this young man. He is self aware and understand his shortcomings. The question for us, because of the underwhelming development of so many players, is whether LT will learn the plays and become as good as his physical skills would otherwise allow.
But how can you dislike a 5 star recruit who admits that he needs to improve? That humility in a high ranked recruit is a breath of fresh air. Good young man and clearly from a good family.

Could see it during the stream when he verbally committed, he no doubt comes from an awesome family and has a great support system

Agree. I respect him big time to come out and speak on the situation and not let this fester. Whoever is guiding him is good peoples too. Would have been easy for him to sit back and just watch the kingdom burn to the ground from his high horse miles away. Cheers to him.

Translation: You’re miserable he’s not leaving.
I’m a troll, right? Clown **** from you, as ususl.

No one expects a true freshman to be ready to start 2 months into his career. If he’s not ready then he’s not ready That’s not my issue. However, if the kid is being lied to then that’s an entirely different issue. I have a problem with that! He isn’t going to write that in the blog. There is a division in the locker room, particularly from the older and younger guys for a reason.

If you're "super raw' how are you rated a 5 star?? Not LTs fault but gotta question the raters' evals or their definition of what a 5 star is.

The thing is no one is dominating... and truth be, he didnt dominate against the most inferior comp he may ever see. This is just not a Greg Rousseau situation.

But on the flip side this is Miami and until you find someone who does dominate you better keep giving new dudes reps in the game until someone dominates. The upper classmen are as good as they are going to get. This dude is going to get better every quarter for some time. I have to play him every game with a decent amount of reps right now because at Miami the standard is domination and nothing else really matters. We either win ships or burn the ship to the FN ground.

If they don't play him to the full 4games of a Redshirt policy by the end of the year, then that's on them... Not one of our DT's are playing insane enough to stop a kid that is still learning but can still handle himself in there to get some burn....

UF has a pretty solid secondary and their defense actually is playing really well. A much different circumstance there unlike here where most of our DTs are not productive.
They’ve had two blowouts and a comfy win against Tennessee. He could’ve played

Well I genuinely feel bad that the kid had to come do his own media circus just to quell off rumors started on this message board. I think people with real info need to be a bit more discerning with what they post.

Losing a few reps against CCSU was humbling, but enlightening. He's going to be a great one, but DT is a grown man's, it's hard for a TF to make an immediate impact. I bet he sees more PT as we get deeper into ACC play when fresh bodies pay dividends.
