May the best team win!

We're going to be playing with a chip on our shoulders and have a lot to prove on offense. My beloved Tigers haven't had a real offense in 12 years and we're thirsty, thirsty, thirsty for one and Tiger fans can't wait to see what we have to offer on offense. JB at QB gives us our best chance at the first real QB in years for us and our defense is loaded. Admittedly I haven't followed Miami football much at all but I know y'all are in pretty good hands with Richt and could do MUCH worse (like Orgeron lol). I honestly can see this game going either way. As a homer, I'm going with LSU by 3.

What are y'all's genuine thoughts on the game? Expect to beat LSU or do you think it's going to be a close defensive battle?

What makes these people think Burrow will be any good? Because he had a good spring game at OSU? GTFOH

LSU is ranked 111th in returning player starts, has a QB that has only attempted 39 garbage time passes as a 3rd stringer in front of mostly empty stadiums, never attempted a pass against a D1 first string defense, trying to learn an offense from a man who hasn’t coached one in 20 years, and only has one player on the roster who has ever scored an offensive TD in an LSU uniform.

But the defense is pretty good, I guess.

Urban is a POS human being that would straight up lie to a kid to keep him there if he thought the kid would help him win ballgames. And the fact that Burrow transfers out in the spring tells me 3 things. The qb race wasn’t even close. Joe Burrow isn’t any good. Urban didn’t feel like he was worth lying to and keeping around. And if that’s the best qb LSUs got and wins the qb job after being there for a few weeks then your other qbs must really suck and you guys are in trouble on Sunday. Canes 30-13. It’s snowballs in our favor in the second half

So I watched the Miami/Wisky game and wasn't really worried about who won, but wanted to see how Miami fared in that game. I had a few takeaways.

Rosier was more mobile than I thought and usually hit wide open receivers, but seemed very inaccurate at times. I thought the receivers did well getting separation, but the poor pass protection at times didn't allow them to utilize their talents. I also thought at times they ran the ball well, but for some reason Richt seemed to give up on the run because he wanted to air it out.

Defensively I thought Miami had a good pass rush most of the game. They seemed to get tired in the 4th and Wisky was gashing them on running plays. Wisky's qb was also making some really good throws. ST's was average at best and that missed FG in the 4th really took the wind out of Miami's sails.

Terrible for your first post. You can do better.

We've got AA talent all over the defense. Burrowed will be buried by our DE's, their RB's will get a warm welcome from our LB's, and our DB's will cover their WR's like stink on tigerdroppings.

We're loaded on offense at the skill positions and have much more experience at all positions. This should counter their very good defense.

I didn't know LSU had a record breaking RB and one of the best OL's in the nation. Comparing anything Miami did in the Wisconsin game to LSU is dumb.
