My initial take on reading and listening to this is that perhaps the attorneys for the plaintiff should have waited a couple of days to announce a lawsuit filing so the LSU reps could have first testified before the selected Senate committee [not happening now]and the plaintiff could possibly get whatever benefit there may have been from such testimony,.
