#LSU admins to have a DC in place before the end of non-contact period on Jan 14. Aranda and Pendergast most likely candidates. #NOLA

Anyone who saw the USC-Wisco game last night would be down right idiotic to think Aranda wouldn't do well down here, especially with the abundance of talent we have to offer compared to Wisconsin. He made white boys look like savages against a very good offense. I want now.

For those who don't know, Pendergast is the inside linebackers coach for the 49ers

I don't see Aranda going to LSU because of Miles' lack of job security. Say what you want, but LSU shot themselves in the foot by not firing him. You've now painted Miles as a de facto lame duck coach.

Why some of us think a skilled, creative DC is locked into a single scheme is beyond me.

i just don't think miami is gonna hire aranda. i personally would love to see miami go back to a 4-3 base cause its what i remember them dominating with.

if richt hired aranda id be fine with it. im afraid though if he hires someone else we are just gonna get hit by posts on richt needs to go , didn't hire right dc. miami is doomed crap. i think a 4-3 is easier to sell to south florida kids cause its what they play in hs.

i think aranda has proven he is a solid dc. his system might even work at miami i just don't understand why u would go get kulgowski as dl and then hire a 3-4 coach. not that aranda wouldn't run a 4-3 in miami . i just think he stays at wisconsin.
