On any team - marketing, analyis, sports or even military - if someone isn't pulling his own freight - at what level is he deemed not needed and not worth any more trouble to keep.

So. Was he faarting in the shower while it was crowded - did his feet stink - did he use too much toilet paper or take too long on the pot? What level of negatively caused the team to "vote" him out?

I really don't know anything about this young man - so I'm completely in the dark as to the why. But since others are indicating this matter is worth mentioning - it would be nice to get a hint as to why he's gone.
