Dog fights with UVA and Louisville, beat duke Syracuse Illinois uf and ncst, blow a 15 pt lead at Fsu and get blown out by eastern Kentucky and GT.

This **** just doesn't add up.

UL is a different team without Chris Jones, clearly he was missed against Syracuse. Even before his departure, they lost 2 of 3 (now 3 of 4). It would be nice for us to beat another ranked opponent and keep the winning streak alive (momentum).

Miami at No. 12 Louisville, 2 p.m. ET, Saturday, ESPN: The good news for Louisville is that Chris Jones will return from suspension Saturday. The bad news is that we’re in the middle of February and Louisville lacks the on-court leader who typically guides Rick Pitino’s squads. The Cardinals have lost three of their past four, and their comfortable seed line will be in peril if this continues. They contained Miami in the first matchup, a 63-55 Cardinals victory, because they locked up Angel Rodriguez and Sheldon McClellan. But the Hurricanes and their weakened résumé are far more desperate for a quality win than they were in the first matchup. Even with Jones back, they’re catching the fumbling Cardinals at the right time.

Prediction: Miami 67, Louisville 63
