Loudest Moment/ or Game In UM History

Gotta agree with you on this game. I ended up with a raging headache, but it was worth the pain.

I was there for ‘83 championship game, and it was special and loud, and was there for most of the FSU games, and Hester vs UF - but that ******* Shockey catch caused an immediate one time eruption that I’ve never heard anything close since.

Yes, there may be louder games like ND last year, but loudest moment - that was it imo.

As for Moment.....No Question Carlos Jones Pick6 vs FSU in 94.....I was sitting in West EZ...and when he 1st picked it Off the OB went crazy....BUT....The second he crossed the GL.....It was like a BOMB went off....1st time I ever heard a Sonic Boom at a CFB game.....

I was at the 87' and 89' ND games, 94 FSU and 03 UiF. These games would be in the top 5 easily.

Have to agree - Carlos Jones - loud and then louder
- Other games not mentioned - beating Houston on a Thursday against Klingler (Sp?) & Beating Va Tech in 2001 & Washington in 2001 was also loud

Glad you mentioned Carlos Jones pic, I thought the OB was going to collapse
 
I agree that the 87 and 89 ND at Miami games were out of this world loud, but don't leave out the 86 Sooner-Canes game with Brian Bosworth... who ended up wearing a Canes t-shirt before the game was over.

83 was loud. Hunker fans kept thinking they were in it so both sides were pitched that night. 89 had unfair advantages like blind hate and revenge plus that Thrill Hill play was just too frigging much. 89 might have been louder but I have to go with 83 because it might have been greatest game ever. Neither team would quit with both having two big surges when the other could have called a night. For game with massive crowd from other team, it was something to behold.

Macho.....If ya remember....Place went BERSERK on CJ Richardson's INT and return.....if he would've scored...the OB might have been structurally unsound.....LoL
