Ahh, Lou#%#@ Holtz...Here is one of my first memories of The Saliva One as a kid watching MNF (Starts @2:40)

Yeah, a real wonderboy back in the day...Lasted as long as Chud in Cleveland, but Chud won one more game for a .250 winning percentage as opposed to Lou Thank God he doesn't have Ebola or we are all dead Holtz's .231.

He's still laughing over the 1987 call made against Cleveland Gary..You know the one that backed NO Dame into the championship against an underwhelming West VA...Funny how Holtz lobbied against a rematch in the Orange Bowl...We get Number Three Texas and a blowout on their home court...Way to go Lou, even though the referees apologized in the Chicago Tribune for making such a screwed up call...One bad call and you assume your still a national hero--get a life...

That was 1988 and we ended up beating Nebraska in the Orange Bowl.
