I honestly think Miami has been working the qb market for a hot minute and Sellers knows that we are trending towards another person.

My guess is that we have a good idea who it is. I think the only candidate that make sense at this point are the following

Sorsby
Mestamaker
Leavitt
Raiola
Bailey

This list is ordered by my personal preference. But if it’s Bailey (which is the easy option), than as long as it’s done day 1 with no haggling and no suspense, let’s ride and get another WR1a option to go along with Toney.

Didn't he kinda spurn our late recruiting efforts? I don't think he's taking any sort of (what he sees as) a discount to come home. Just from my memory of things & the stuff he supposedly said prior to our game this year, I don't think it's as simple as make him an offer & he's ours.

He did, but I think that was probably more about initial loyalty/pride. But enough time has went by that feelings should no longer dictate actions.

HOWEVER, if its not as simple as make him an offer and he’s ours, than no thanks, because the simplicity of the recruitment is the major draw for him specifically for me. If it’s not that simple, than he wouldnt be my first-fourth choice.

He is the kind of QB that fits for a Briles offense. The issue is can he make it through a season. That is the issue with a Briles offense.....they run the QB a lot and thats why most of the QBs dont make it through the season.

Sellers would not have been a good fit for Miami. There are too many other QBs that would fit better.
 
That's where Sellers should be. It will be interesting to see how this all shakes out, but []__[] have several directions Mario could go in. I think QB situations at schools like Miami and Tx.Tech may not become clear until some time after their respective playoff runs.

If Miami went to him with more $, he would go to Miami and not ******* Oklahoma St. idgaf if his coach is there. Oklahoma St has been **** for a few years not and it's not going to magically turn around. If he's serious about winning and getting drafted , he's gonna take an offer from Miami and not Oklahoma St
 
If Sellers was smart he'd try to go to UF with Buster Falukner and Summerall. He'd maximize his ability. He'd be a much better version of Haynes King.
