Don't forget another underrated Cutcliffe qb: Thad Lewis from Hialeah when he started at Duke. Thad didn't have the strongest arm, but he was developed into an All-ACC guy and bounced around the NFL for like 8 years.

Hmmm, while he may very well be a solid QB, I think it is quite premature to claim he will be a game changer for Duke. Put me in at QB for the team Clemson fielded and I could get the job done as well. Put him on the field with Duke, I feel as though there is a SLIGHT drop off in talent.....perhaps I am wrong.........

crazy. I was ranked higher than him coming out of HS by 247... and now I sell meat for a living. Them rankings can be wrong my friends.

Some guys just mature physically later than others. The ratings have no way of telling a guy is going to mature more or not, so they reward those that already are with higher rankings.

While I think the Diaz hate is beyond dumb at this point i have to agree with this simply because if we lose to duke next season we are also losing to 4-5 other teams. Now if Duke is the only loss of the season then that would be silly but I doubt it would work out like that.
