For one, I agree with the criticism of Blake and he needs to go. For once he gets a championship caliber coach and he can't seem to support him. I think bringing in a new AD and giving Manny more control over the athletic budget would do wonders for the team.

BJ has been the worst AD at Miami...by a wide margin...over the last 30 years. His performance has been genuinely underwhelming in virtually every area (except maybe fundraising -- but the people he fundraises from DiMare & Soffer et al were handed to him on a platter and have been a part of the fabric of Miami for a very long time). This is not an emotional flame job in any way....I just genuinely don't believe either BJ or JS have any clue what elite football looks like. They have underwhelming credentials and most likely have a really good feel for what DII or DIII sports should look like. Problem is this is Miami (58-0 at home over a decade) where greatness is expected (not below average). Time for a clean sweep!!!
