LSU has an offer out to Riley and Aranda. They haven’t shown much interest in Napier (who would rather go to LSU) hense all the rumors to Florida, who are actually prioritizing him.

It's turning into a brutal market. USC, LSU, Florida all with HC vacancies and the 'top' guys have all turned around and signed extensions, or come out publicly and said they're happy - Fickell, Freeze, Franklin, Tucker and Aranda.

I think Florida are going to have to sign Napier by default.

You think Miami control over what is happening at Penn State, Michigan State, Liberty and Baylor? This impacts everybody to include LSU, USC and Florida. Nothing of substance is happening until the regular season is over. Congrats to Georgia Southern for hiring Clay Helton...lol.

I wonder how many guys at mid majors feel less pressure to move to P5 with the strong rumors of the playoffs moving to twelve.

I think it's more that you look at LSU and Florida - they've both fired coaches a year removed from excellent seasons. Why willingly walk into that situation?

USC are just like us - all potential, but they've got to show you that they want to win before you consider them.

Yeah, I'm not all in on him. I meant more in general but just used Mario as an example. The smaller the pool of candidates, the higher the price tags will be.
