I would contact Darin Slack of NFA and see if he has someone certified in your area. NFA/R4 is the way to go

I’ve seen King and Trask both working out with the same QB coach during the shutdown. They both played for the same high school, so I don’t know if said QB coach is Texas based or FL based. Also, Steve Walsh (Canes QB 86-88) was coaching Cardinal Newman in my hometown West Palm, he could possibly have leads assuming your local.

If he's working with Slack, studying R4, and attending Miami's camps and doesn't get signed then he's not getting signed regardless. How many So Fla Q's have signed with Miami? Jacory?
