This team should win at least 9. Acc could be even worse this year than previous.

Clemson- very good qb who is rehabbing a torn acl. Good offense and are replacing entire d-line, their best LB, and 2 DBs.

Nebraska- new coach who runs a pro style system but has a spread Qb that can't throw. Abdullah & gregory is gone, and they lost their top wr.

Fsu- Lost winston, 4 starters on the o-line, best wr & te, lost their top 2 d-lineman, 2 starting Cbs, lost a few LBs to transfer. Ramsey has moved to cb so he can't rome and make plays now.

Unc- Returns entire offense but have a ? o-line and have no run game. Chizik is the dc now but they just don't have alot of talent on D.

VT- turnover prone QB, o-line issues. Might be the best d-line miami plays this season. ? At LB and Safety.

gt- returning their Qb, lost their best wr, and their top backs. Not good on D.

Looking at uva, cincy, pitt, duke etc and what they have, miami should beat them but you know how that goes.

You could make an argument for 10-2, and another for 4-8. We have the talent to go 10-2, but.......

Happy Easter

I've seen this particular post for the last decade...

When do we play fsu? All down hill after that.

We play fsu in early october, i think 5th or 6th game of the year.

That's a good spot to get them because they would have played no one leading up to that game.

Obviously our coaching is our biggest detriment but OL will be a close 2nd. Add to that our secondary and what goes in back there.

Fsu might be the make or break game. If they lose that game and quit like last year **** might get ugly.

After fsu they have clemson, vt, and i think unc or gt all three in a row.

Nine ain't enough, sorry. You may be right about your analysis, but we need double digit wins.

Miami- lost Duke, Dorsett, Perryman, Gunther, Flowers, still have Golden & D'Onofrio "every opponent on our schedule"

I'm not concerned about the o-line right now. Kc only praticed 4 days and gabadois didn't participate.

They need to move darling to guard because i think with his skill set he would be better there and a upgrade over gall. Depth will be an issue.

Secondary i think will be fine if bush, burns, howard, elder stay healthy.

9 aint enough for what? I'm not trying to save golden's job. If they win 9 in the regular season they can still win double digit.

I'm looking around the acc and i don't think there will be anybody going 11-1 or 12-0. I see a few possible 9 maybe 10 win teams.

12 wins is the floor for this team. No one is going to do anything against Coach D's defense. If our offense gets rolling like I think it will we win 14. We'll have to rely on the D early, and that's good for UM.

I say 7-8 wins. I think we SHOULD be able to make this schedule 9 wins, but there is always some game we are going to lose, that, talent-wise, we shouldn't be losing. I hate saying that, but until Golden and this staff show me something different...
