Man, we got work to do. These teams all look physically and of course schematically better.

All of Bama and Clemson players look like NFL caliber from top to bottom, and before we chime in on the deer antler spray theory, we used to look the same way in our hey day.

We need a complete make over. I was looking at Bama’s running backs and they all drive w their legs. The point of attack in the trenches on both sides was awesome to see. Pretty sure they are not doing just mat drills to get these results. Lol.

This Miami team needs a complete do over, man. I don’t know what regimen they put DJ on but that chit needs to go. Lol. Same w Shaq; Shaq went from a thumper to bouncing off people.

So much work that needs to be done, and it glares uncontrollably when u watch other teams.

look at gus. that dude aint the s&c guy for us plus hes out of shape and a penn state guy.

Gus is a major problem.

Yes, he’s better than Swasey but that’s not saying much.

Look, I’m not trying to bash the dude, but real talk, I have not been impressed w his work for a minute. When they say our WR (Richards) was the strongest guy in the room, or Rosier squats the most....bruuuuuuuuuuh, I literally said this is a problem.

And the proof is in the pudding. OL constantly gets pushed back or can’t open up holes. Our Front 4, in particular the middle tends to get stagnant w/o that rush (besides G Will) and we saw what happened against Wisky.

Bamas defensive line looked like mammoths out there. Their DEs look like our DTs, but they move like our DEs....that is some serious size, speed, and athleticism. Our O Line is so pathetic compared to Bama's, or Clemson's for that matter

I said it from day 1 that Gus was a liability. Everyone laughed.

We have way too many soft tissue injuries. Our team lacks functional strength. All you have to do is watch other teams and the way their players move. Alabama has guys at 275 that move more fluently then Jaquan Johnson at 185.

The entire program needs an overhaul. Top to bottom.

It showed clearly last year. We couldn’t move them off the L.O.S and we could get in their back field w/o a blitz.

U’re absolutely right; Bama’s DE and coming in at 6’6 270 and running like our 6’4 245 DEs. I mean look at Surtain Jr. I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s not moved to safety next yr. dude already put on serious muscle.

This is a result of elite recruiting year in and year out. A lot of these kids on Bama DLines were 6'4 260 coming out H.S while on a Hot Cheetos diet. Any good meal/weight plan will turn them into monsters.

U do realize tommy moffett was among the first S&C coaches to utilize HGH for football athletes right? It’s hard to believe now, but at one point miami was cutting edge and did whatever it took to win.

Which is why we need our next head coach to be someone who will bring along an elite S&C guy. We need to get back to where we put the best athletes on the field year in and year out.

PED’s are a must.

Bama plays a 3-4. The scheme commands bigger defensive lineman. 4-3 defense allows for quicker, smaller players to be utilized.
Edit: On the Clemson note, our DL is the same size
