No such thing as a "timeline" for college football whether it is the coaches, players, regular and postseason. It is a mess.

Kid had a fumbling problem. I'm guessing coaches told him he's getting benched, and possibly NIL being renegotiated?

oh yeah, loved this kid as a prospect coming out of HS. Would kick the tires although he hasn't done anything since 2023.

edit: apparently he had a really tough injury (patellar tendon) and OU fans thought he'd medically retire.
