For those like me that aren't grinding tape on every portal guy but still want informed opinions on who we should target, here is my hierarchy of portal guys based on what the twitter announcement says:

Level 1: Post only shows remaining years of eligibility (e.g., 3 years of eligibility)

Level 2: Post only shows their high school ranking (e.g., 4 Star, 24th ranked WR out of HS)

Level 3: Post shows career stats (34 catches and 4 TDs over 2 years)

Level 4: Post shows previous season stats (52 catches for 720 yards last season)

Level 5: Post shows actual accolades (2nd team all conference last season)
