Texas is expecting him to be a MOVER….a starting GUY

I wish we had brought him in even for depth but if he got that Texas bag maybe it wouldn’t have mattered. Just going to be tough at his size against SEC DTs

Yeah they’re paying him as a starter. He is a sixth year player so if he has reached his potential at WKU then he should be okay. He did pretty well last year

  • 2025 Football Writers Association of America All-America Second Team (OL)
  • 2025 Phil Steele All-America Second Team (OL)
  • 2025 Phil Steele CUSA All-Conference First Team (OL)
  • 2025 All-Conference USA Second Team Offense (OL)
  • 2025 CUSA Offensive Lineman of the Week (10/6)
  • 2025 CUSA Offensive Lineman of the Week (8/25)

Before WKU: Seymore transferred to WKU after a two-year stint at Akron, where he appeared in six games and started five at center and left guard in 2024, after redshirting his first season there in 2023. Prior to that, Seymore spent two seasons at Miami in 2021 and 2022, where he played in eight games with three starts.

HS/Misc.: Seymore prepped at Miami Central High School in Florida, where he was a consensus four-star prospect by 247Sports, ESPN and Rivals. He was ranked as the No. 163 player overall in the ESPN300, and he was ranked as the No. 6 offensive guard and No. 26 player in the state by the outlet. In the Rivals Top 250, Seymore was ranked as the No. 151 player in the country, the No. 7 offensive guard in the country and the No. 23 player in Florida. According to the 247Sports Composite Top247, he was the No. 162 overall player, and the outlet considered him the No. 10 offensive guard nationally and the No. 23 player in Florida. He was selected to the Under Armour All-America Game.
