Summer workouts are officially underway here inside the Susan and Stephen Indoor Practice Facility.
The first batch of summer workout videos has been released on the CanesHoops Twitter page, and they're beautiful.
The first video the Hurricanes released was on Monday when Dante Allen, Shelton Henderson, Acaden Lewis, and Brent Bland recorded a video for Hurricanes Nation, letting us know that they're back in the lab.
This morning, the Hurricanes were shown running around Cobb Stadium getting in their cardio and conditioning. Marcus Allen, Shelton Henderson, Acaden Lewis, Dante Allen, Somto Cyril, Brent Bland, Quin Berger, Chris Birden, Nick Dorn, Caleb Gaskins, and DeSean Goode were all shown in the videos.
