Tears Longhorn Tears

I don’t buy much into the off field rumors that has social media in a uproar, but Arch not taking that next step is a concern.

Yeah that was the biggest red flag for me too. He was unreliable last year after being hyped as HIM. Had some impressive flashes but choked a bunch too. Without him taking a major step I don’t see that team making the playoffs.

Whats crazy about Sark is he clearly knows Arch aint that dude and has known for sometime but he continues to play him anyway.
politics as usual.. I try to tell ya it plays alot more than most want to admit, that manning name wouldnt make it easy but we will see.. Who is their back up for him to even go to? They invested ALOT for this Manning season

I think he could have a real contender if had landed a better qb in the portal, but they invested way too much in the Manning name and he’s going to top out at 10 wins max.

They sell vodka in 40’s?
Little bit more than 40. They're called handles and are ~50oz (also known as 1.5L).

Arch got that TB12 you can't touch him and if you do, you won't be playing football ever again clause. I noticed that during the Michigan game, the lanes were split open wider than the Red Sea AND dudes were scared to even put a fingernail on him. Wait until he gets to the pros.

Texas spent wayyyyyy too much $ for this sh*t.... lmao 🤣
I think thats something people lose in all this. Its nice to just bag your way to an elite class but if a player only comes to you because you had the biggest bag then they are not a serious player. Competitive bags and a real vision and proof of concept is the way. Takes longer to stack the talent but pays off bigger in the long run and is more sustainable.

Don’t kid yourself, we’ve landed kids because our bag was the biggest.

Would you feel the same way if Cantwell went to UGA? Some people want to be compensated appropriately for their work and I dont have a problem with that.

For this specific situation, Buford is one of the top HS programs in the nation and Brewster appears to be going to the highest bidder (I assume this because of his TT commitment. Besides money, Im not sure what the attraction would be to Lubbock). And, honestly, I'm knocking the kid or his family, especially if there were issues at Cedar Hill. If my son was in his position, you better believe Id guide him to consider his earnings potential (positive or negative) in every decision he makes.

Their 'marriage' seems like a mutually beneficial arrangement. Im not sure if thats reflects either parties character.

Hate to burst your bubble but Miami was the biggest bag for many of our biggest recruits. We don’t land most of them without it.
