With the Canes now 10-0, they are still far shy of the best-ever start in UM history: 21-0 in 1981.

Who ended the streak any idea ? I seem to remember Miami of Ohio beating us in a mid week game that ended a streak but I’m not sure if it was this one.

You nailed it.
Then we went on to win 16 straight after that to go to 37-1.
Btw, all those first 38 games where home at "The Light".

We were 47-3 at home (including regionals), 12-5 away, and 1-2 in the CWS.

Full disclosure..
I was within a couple of games here and there before searching.
Was "dating" a bat girl at the time.
