Actually a lot of them were accurately thrown except for slants which is usually timming.
Like I said the Saints and Texans games he played good.
you missed what i said about the touch passes. he puts too much heat on some of his balls. and if you think his play has been good i don't know what to tell ya.
I'll stand by my statement. He has played good for a rookie. He has shown promise and made mistakes but has also shown the want to excell and disire to become better. If Bucks give him a better online he can reach his potential. It doesn't matter if you have two good we if you barely get a half second to make a read
i keep hearing this olline talk. might be a coachihng issue because they've invested plenty of money and draft picks to correct it. and yes having two probowl wrs helps. today he missed wide open guys for tds. missed jackson more than once. doesn't even seem like he looks to throw it to evans sometimes. winston had glaring issues in college that people overlooked bc of the heisman. people hate being wrong about crowing someone. especially when that guy is the qb of your team.
Yeah they invested into the line but it has not worked out. Like in this game smithy got beat of the edge quiet a bit. And what wide open guys did he miss for tds? The only wide open guy you could say was wide open was Jackson when the db ****ed up but Winston didn't even have to throw because there was already a guy in his face. And yes ppl hate being wrong and ppl also love to right someone off because they may hate that guy.
I'm giving Winston time. I'm not a moron and writing him off after a few games. Just like I thought it was moronic when ppl said Luck was the bust after a 20pick year or crowned Kap after that sb run.
i don't remember anyone calling luck a bust. he had a monster rookie year and broke records so he already proved he could play at this level. and kep is another RG3 like guy. above average athlete but below average qb. doesn't work in the NFL. I"m judging winston based off of prostyle rookies. and latley there haven't been many that have turned it around after their first year. now days the game is refereed to help the offense. along with many guys coming in with more knowledge of the game. i think alex smith was the last pro style qb to come in shaky and then have success later down the line. and even he is seen as mediocre
