Apparently, all it takes to stop “lethal simplicity” is a half-time adjustment by a Mountain West Team.

Told them Briles aint his father and also Jimbo left for a reason they dont want to spend as much as Clemson on the trail. Again Jimmy's and Joes are more important then x's and o's. Best teams have the best players period and fuq FSU they are entering our down times now.............good for them.

Briles called that second half offense. Nobody else.
 
If you watched the game, you know it's even more shocking because Boise had insane weaknesses at Safety. They had a guy out there who'd make our 3rd team Safety look like an athletic marvel. And, somehow, after initially picking on him a bit, just couldn't find a way to counter the adjustments. Bad sign for them. Good sign for us if we're flexible.

He does matter. He matters for that second half abortion of an offense against a Mountain West team.

Edit: you may not be defending him, I’m just making the point that having a decent offensive coordinator does matter. I’m not even saying he is bad, I’m just saying he’s not a savior like some people think
