With all the coaches that departed along with the new infusion of coaches that came in for this season. Things are night and day compared to previous years. Guys have the ultimate confidence now and enjoying themselves and it shows here.

People liked to poke fun at the culture shít last season but it’s real. You need a team to be bought in, on the same page and enjoys being around each other because football is a grind.

It’s a lot easier to do that when you’re winning but I think we’ve taken a major step in the right direction toward fixing the culture here. Credit to Manny for making necessary changes but I think bringing King in has been huge in that regard too. Just seems like a guy that’s a natural leader, that’s not going to put up with a bunch of BS from his teammates and is coming to take care of business. Other players respect him. Coaches can’t be around the players 247 so you have to have leaders throughout that locker room and I think we are making strides in that regard.

We would be putting up numbers without King. What King does is make us a LEGITIMATE threat to ELITE teams.

You want a bad culture? Get a bunch of smug, incompetent clowns setting their players up to fail then berating them for it. That **** falls apart REAL QUICK. Jarren and Jeff Thomas had to deal with The likes of Richt and Son, “Fuq Boy” Dugans (lol😂😂😂), Penos, and Stumblefield.

These guys are young. The most volatile ones don’t take kindly to that type of incompetence. You put some real coaches in the locker room and get a miraculous turn around in 9 months.

King is the icing on the cake. He is the difference between a strong improvement and a true Cinderella story.
