Local 2027 talent Jayvon Dawson commits to Miami

Miami has secured its second commitment of the day, landing a pledge from local talent Jayvon Dawson.



A 6-foot-4, 220-pounder from Santaluces in Lake Worth, Fla., Dawson boasts some of the most impressive measurables in the country.

Those measurables drew comparisons to Kellen Wiley Jr. and Marquise Lightfoot for the Hurricane staff, who were impressed with his development this spring at only 16 years old.
