That like above average. Miami need a coach that's going to move us in the 10 plus wins and at the very least play for ACCCG every couple years! We're tired of average old retreads! Get a Diaz type HC that will take chances on innovation and doing something different than the norm!! ie...inputting the striker position to offset speedy rbs and TE's! It worked well for Manny and this is a prime example of what is needed on offense!

Uh its Unc they dont have any past glory unlike those teams mentioned. If Mack wins 8 games a year they'll be happy.

Old man Snyder and Kansas State about the only one I can think of working.
 
He won't get them too the promised land, but he'll be about as good as that program can expect. Likable guy helps as well.
