LMAO: UNC hiring Mack ....

The BOT could want a new OC all they want. They will have to get rid of Mark Richt in totale for that to happen. He ain't giving up the OC position. Nope. Not going to happen.
Think he was talking about unc bot

I just realized how similar Steve Spurrier's career was to Butch Davis. Bolts on his Florida team for the NFL, get fired and gets a job in the Carolinas never to capture his former glory.

It's crazy he even wants to come back to the game at 67 - but look at Bill Snyder at K State. Dude is 79 and has had only one below .500 season, since coming back, in 09. And - the old arguement isn't gonna help anyone that wants to argue on behalf of Butch - who's pushing 68.

Mack is Texas ' CMR. Super nice guy who underachieved and acted like there was some force around him guaranteeing the best players went to Oklahoma. To me, his success will depends on his coordinators cause you know hes not signing up to work 80 hours a week like younger coaches.

If UNC doesn't play "Return of the Mack" at his introductory press conference then they have failed and had no reason to hire this man. All I have to say about this.

Man had my hopes up that we were the ones making changes. What’s with caring What UNC does or doesn’t do? We have our own sh** show to be concerned about much less a crappy bottom feeder in the sh** show called the ACC Coastal

That's one way to come out of the closet

For some schools it is especially Louisville.
To down vote you don't think schools who rarely reach a.500 winning percentage wouldn't love records like those and not think they weren't successful.your not the sharpest tool in the shed are you.

Mack Brown will have some initial success and I would not be surprisesd to see him win the Coastal within 2-3 years. One thing he can do is recruit and if he can still do that one thing well he will win a lot of games.

UNC only has one direction to go and that is up.

9-3, 8-5, 9-4, 8-4 is decent enough.

Did you see Louisville this season? Petrino led them to wins over Western Kentucky and Indiana State before getting run out of town. Two wins. Once Lamar was gone the whole thing went under at the speed of light.
