The roster flip, and managing said roster of all guys who hadn’t played together at all into the biggest win loss turn around in D1 basketball is genuinely incredible. Especially to those that follow the program close and know what the team was last year.

I’m not sure the last time I heard a tournament crowd as loud in one teams favor as that game we just played.

When I saw our potential 2nd round match up being Purdue, I was actually okay with it. Purdue chokes almost every tournament. Let's hope they choke vs us. We need to play the game of our lives though as Purdue is hot right now. But they are beatable.

What a ******* win. Hostile crowd. Mediocre at best officiating. Reneau played mediocre in 1st half. Terrible free throw shooting in 1st half.

To watch us battle the entire 2nd half… and credit to Missou for battling also… but pulling away winning comfortably on the backs of Tre and Malik our two leaders is what March is all about.

As usual, the corrupt NCAA did us no favors by sending us out West and making us play the late game. We should also have been a 6th seed, not a 7. But our Canes battled through all of the BS and advanced,
