He doesn’t have a bigger arm than TVD, but he’s way more confident in his arm than TVD.

TVD is a conservative take what the Defense gives him thrower, Garcia is a thread the needle gunslinger that will throw into tight coverage & take more risks because he believes he can make the throw even if it’s not there.

Exactly. TVD has all the arm he needs. He just needs to believe in it.

That being said, I like a QB that can take what the D is giving, consistently. Problem is, if you don't stretch the field, what they give you becomes less and less. You have to take the top off the D or everything else dries up in a hurry.
