He doesn’t have a bigger arm than TVD, but he’s way more confident in his arm than TVD.

TVD is a conservative take what the Defense gives him thrower, Garcia is a thread the needle gunslinger that will throw into tight coverage & take more risks because he believes he can make the throw even if it’s not there.

They both have the play style that I expected the other to have

The secondary will be good this year. Blades, Couch, Stevenson, and Hall will hold it down this season. Im still iffy on Ivey, but will see.
