Cleveland has a long ways to go to become anywhere close to the complete player that Miller is in particular as a defender and rebounder. We have many scorers but lacking defenders and rebounders besides Omier. Omier is a beast this year! An even better player.

Should Christian watson possibly start instead of say Benz to give miami more size since Benz and pack together on the court is really small? Our rebounding is not as good as a result. Someone on the basketball board mentioned this and it makes some sense. Watson is definitely improving. Of course we will miss Benz's defense so maybe that is not a good move.

This team definitely misses Wong and Miller especially their defense. This current team needs to get tougher and bring more intensity and defense. It is lacking. It is still early but Coach L has a lot of work to do with this team. I am confident the guys will improve as the year goes on but I am concerned given the expectations coming off a final four run last year. We are lacking depth.

What do we expect to get from Casey moving forward? Nwoko is still raw.

I mentioned this yesterday about having Joseph come off the bench and Watson or George start in his spot. Still early and still feeling each other out. I didn't expect to win yesterday, I at least wanted to keep it close. It's whatever...move onto the next game and learn from this.

Nwoko had a rough first half but someone said he played better in the second when he was in. I really don't expect much from Casey....aside from a hustle rebound in the first half he was atrocious. He plays very soft.
