Im interested in seeing who Jim Harbaugh offers the Michigan D coordinator job to. I wonder if he'll offer it to Jim Leavitt, who was his linebackers coach with the 49ers. I can see Harbaugh wanting his south Florida recruiting knowledge.
 
Leavitt would be a good hire, but I want Dave wannstedt. We need to find a way to get Ed Orgeron on the staff though.

If Al wants to revive his career ,hire Wanstadt who can be a DC as well as mentor for a woefully inexperienced coach.

We saw what happened with the Mike Barrow saga. Barrow took issue with dorito's shell defense and was summarily dismissed. Barrow was removed from game day planning and eventually agreed to move on, quietly. I cannot imagine Jim Leavitt being that kind to golden. lol
 
Here's the list: None. Because this is Al Golden's defense. And he is a stubborn, inept a**hole who still believes players are to blame for not executing his brilliant concepts.

Anyone who would be even remotely excited by D'Onofrio being scapegoated and replaced with another stooge to run the same exact Al Golden defense has their head up their ***.

Oh, and while we're at it, here's Golden thinking this is the proper way to generate a pass rush when sending four. Focus on Michael Wyche.

Who our defensive coordinator is makes no difference. Golden won't let anyone bring in their own style its his defense.

I even heard that the only game he let Dorito do his thing and call his own game without Golden's micromanaging bull **** was the VT game. Where we almost pitched a shut out. We blitzed like **** that game. But I guess Golden was worried it wouldn't work again.

There are even reports of that game saying that Dorito was up in the booth screaming like a little girl saying "I told you guys it would work! I told you!" talking about blitzing like **** and it showed that VT couldn't handle it
 
Leavitt would rip Golden's passive heart right out of his chest during a game. Guy was crazy at usf.

This is Al Golden's defense. And if you haven't noticed, the offense is equally or more putrid.

Dave Aranda's D sure looked dominant in the Big10 Champ game smh.

LMFAO at that gif holy ****. I have never, at ANY LEVEL, seen a worse collection of D line stunts. I have NEVER seen them so poorly executed. And holy **** our big men are slow.

This play on the back end is a simple Cover 3/6 adjustment versus trey. The primary rule for the CB there is to not get beat deep. The most basic thing a DB should understand in deep zone coverage is whatever happens you can't allow a WR to get behind you. So what happens? The receiver gets behind him. Not just behind him where he gets beat, however. The WR is a good 10 yards in front b/c the CB settled in an underneath zone, b/c he completely busted the coverage.
