Lincoln Riley's Contract...

Miami would need not only take a step up, but they'd be jumping in an elevator from the bottom floor to the penthouse with that one.

Daddy eats first is what is happening here with USC and LSU...and now we will see what happens with Notre Dame...who could pull the ultimately fvck you checkmate with Urban Meyer or hire the guy from the #4 ranked team in the country.

If Miami doesn't in on this and grab Cristobal or Kiffin or some other ridiculous hire, we are ******* CUCKS.

Ain't no joke

SIAP

Step up Miami

Be the University of Miami....not Jacksonville University

I'll be honest with you. As a die-hard Miami fan since before half this board was born, I'm not down with this at all. It's totally ridiculous to invest that kind of money in anyone. There simply isn't a coach out there who can't fail, and with that type of money involved there best be no chance of failure. I wouldn't be ok with that kind of spend for saban or urban, let alone anyone else. If this is what you think Miami should be doing, I think you're nuts.

We're not buying anybody a $6 million home. Nor do we even have a private jet to lend out, that I'm aware of.
Lincoln Riley will probably have access to a NetJets type of program.

That's not that expensive in the grand scheme of things

And (if true) all this is before we even hear about his buy-out. On top of paying a dude millions upon millions before he's done a single thing for us, we're also going to pay him extra if he fails.

“Not confirmed; best I could do” = I just completely guessed/ made this up

I’m sure the actual contract is nice but reading is fundamental

I would guess 10 year deal.

Mel Tucker signed $95 million 10 year extension.

Took less than a week for someone to get that $100 million plus.
