Lincoln Riley

Wonder if Jakheem Stewart would like to leave USC
Top of my list for guys I’d love to bring in the portal.

In their recruiting class, Honor stands alone as someone I’d love to flip in the ‘27 class.
Then from the ‘26 class, Pepe, Kolojay, Winfield, Vlad Dyakonov, and Talanoa Ili.

So those seven guys would be my top targets: 2 IDL (Winfield, Stewart), 3 OL (Pepe, Kolojay, Dyakonov), 1 LB (Ili) and ATH/RB/DB (Honor).

Bowman is a budding star at TE however I wouldn’t take him as he’d mess the room up & be dissatisfied not being TE1 with Lofton back for his senior campaign imo.

King Miller and his starting OG brother seem like LA kids thru & thru so doubtful they hit the portal, but wouldn’t mind em either.

bruh they are begging for Jimbo or Manny to take over, Why would they NOT want Riley lol
If I'm an FSU fan, none of those guys excite me.

I don't know what to think of Lincoln. Did he just get lucky with Baker, Kyler, Jalen Hurts because everything since then has been very mediocre. I mean, the results with Caleb Williams were not inspiring either.

I think Lincoln can coach offense. But, OU has a program infrastructure that’s not at USC. In other words, I don’t think Lincoln had to worry about the daily running of that program like he has to at USC. Joe Castiglione was one of the most highly regarded ADs and Stoops never left. Lincoln could run USC as he pleased and he’s not an Alpha. When he punked out of the ND game I knew he wasn’t the guy for USC.

I know of two Texas schools (one open, one should be open by end of season) where they want points…

The USC marriage has run its course.

He inherited a program in exceptional health with OU and just continued winning in a weak Big 12. He never showed he could build anything.

He’s a big name, isn’t from a G5 school, won at a P4 school. He’d still fail there but fsu wants will love the idea.
You think so? He's an upgrade but he failed at USC, despite the fact that California has a ton of talent and not a whole lot of in-state competition. If I'm an FSU fan, I think I'd prefer a guy like Brohm from UL or an up and coming coordinator than a guy whose last job can fairly be described as a failure.
