Their Defense has to show up and confuse their inexperienced QB to have a chance.

That and their young WRs have to play up to their potential. Mosley especially. He is a great talent.

I wouldn’t be shocked if they have a deal that he takes Baylor job and heads back to Texas. Save his reputation and saves them buyout money.

It would make a ton of sense for Riley. Just get another $50m deal set up and tuck tail and go. They’ll welcome him back there in TX I’m sure and USC it doesn’t cripple you for all time. Question is would Scum Meyer try and wiggle his way in there for one last go.

I find the USC fans and alumni to be way more apathetic than furious. Not saying there isn’t some anger in there, just that there’s far more apathy than anger as they’ve accepted that Riley ain’t it.

Maybe because a large swathe of fan base has hated Riley for a long time and how he handle them, never really embraced them, acts weird, with the security, limited access, didnt recruit LA/Cali for years until Bowen got there, etc. I see more that they are done with him and ready to burn down and there is no doubt..

More like they’ve passed through anger and are on to acceptance/apathy.

Wafle has a younger brother who is a ‘27 USC commit and an older brother who left Michigan/Penn State to go to Duke. Father played at Duke.

Might be a family affair come portal time. Not opposed to that however I could see them sticking it out at USC no matter who comes in or linking with the older brother at Duke.

Seems like he is staying unless they manage to get DeBoer who would bring Courtney Morgan with him.

I did see somewhere that he interned for the miami dolphins outta college; however, doubtful we’d ever hire him as long as Dennis is here. He turned down Michigan (where Morgan left to rejoin DeBoer) before leaving ND for ‘SC.
 
I want to be the first to say, never in my wildest dreams did I see Lincoln failing there, especially after the first year or two. I thought he was as close to a cant miss as they come. Sometimes, just gotta go sit my *** down somewhere
