Lightfoot penalty (something that wasn't discussed)

No one on the broadcast noticed this or mentioned it but the SMU OT blocking Lightfoot kept playing. He clearly didn't hear the whistle and kept blocking him. That's absolutely a factor in Lightfoot continuing to play and the refs should take it into consideration.

horrific call by the refs. the same exact scenario just played out in the UGA v UF game and Lagway hit the ground. Refs did not throw a flag.

The reason for the TO is that stupid reasoning to “see the offenses lineup” and then make a change. Like they won’t run a different play out of a TO with some time to think… I’ve always hated that TO call their flustered and know they need to get a 1st and you have them pinned back with Bain and lightfoot teed off readyb

My question is why would Mario call a TO on 4th and long while they were snapping the ball…dont recall the defense looking out flanked pre snap.
