Lightfoot Injury?

Mallory is just better.

🤷
100%, plus he can block and that will always be the deciding factor on this team. Pringle is a good change of pace, scat back, but he’s not a starter on this team. if you want to be in the top two on the depth chart on this team, you have to be able to block.

Can you explain why they keep Cantwell away from RT as if it’s a peanut allergy situation?
Bro what they have done with Cantwell has made literally zero sense unless we all just accept the Staff prioritizes McCoy as our most important Olineman and all decisions stem from there. Once we do that it can add up. Because McCoy is the one they defaulted to starting over Samson at LG all last season. He immediately moved to RT and never was in question he'd be a tackle. (and imo last yr and this yr Samson has been and will be better than him). So from the staffs view, McCoy is THE OT. If Cantwell was ready he'd be at LT and Samson at LG.

That's the only thing I think make sense with their decision making - which I still think has been dumb as ****.

Why Cantwell hasn't been getting Reps behind McCoy (or imo forced fed reps at OT with mcCoy at OG against FAMU+CMU!).... man

my guy Pringle had a nice run in the 2nd quarter I think. not sure why he didn't get a few more opportunities. you can say use Fletch or Mallory to ice the game, and yeah they were running good, but Pringle can end the game in one run when that D is tired. like you say he's different. that DE ran down Fletch from the backside as he just can't accelerate like a 10.4 guy. Pringle scores on that.
Are you Pringle's mother or agent?

That’s what I’m saying, only a family member would continue to go out on a limb for this kid over and over when the reality of the fact that he can’t block is staring him dead in the eyes. It’s mind-boggling and the only thing I could think is that he must be a family member because other than that, it’s pure insanity.

Then you put him in the game strictly as a weapon and not a blocker, homie. We can't keep losing weapons like Pringle, Chris Johnson and Brashard Smith because they can't get their pancake on lol.

Likely cantwell has an injury, albeit a minor one, preventing him from contributing like we’d expect. Let him heal and learn and maybe help us on the tail end of the season.

Chris Johnson…? Not sure we can really consider that a loss. What’s he done anywhere else?

Last time we see his right arm is above

I think goes after the ball and gets his hand/forearm either stuck or struck

Absolutely nothing because he’s not a football player, he’s a track athlete. No don’t get me wrong. I get, taking a chance on a kid that runs that fast and hoping he can turn into a football player, but it never happened for him.
