I was under the impression that Kenpo and Kempo were interchangeable. Are you a parker disciple? or more traditional Japanese style. yup lidell has a BB in AMerican Kenpo. As does Frank Mir and KJ Noons. I just named those 2 guys because they were from the UFC when it was still a tournament and they were pure Kenpo guys. Where as the other 3 kind of just use bits and pieces of the art.
