too long to recap and cannot copy and paste. a read is key:

Liberty City youth football, Uncle LukeLeBron-produced TV series celebrates The Warriors of Liberty City are a great football program, featuring talented kids 155 pounds and under. But the LeBron James-produced miniseries on the Warriors debuting Sunday on Starz is about a lot more than blocking and tackling.

**** Luke. I’m sure the reason he’s involved with that particular team has nothing to do with the fact that they are the best Pop Warner team year in & year out.

I could care less for Uncle Luke, but per the article out of his own pocket and lots of sweat he funded and started from scratch that entire league multiple teams/multiple weight classes hundreds of kids. He is actually humble in the article. Regardless, kudos to him, he is doing a lot more than most of us in the community directly These are the same kids we are recruiting now. This aspect of his life I respect!

Saw the first episode. It was more about the neighborhood than football, focusing on personal struggles, triumphs and failures in the face of adversity. I have nothing but respect for the parents and kids there. They do put wayyyyy too much pressure on those kids though. That head coach has too many ghosts.

Luke gets credit for showcasing the community. That's the thing about human beings, they're complicated. He's a complete narcissistic prick. But he's also had a positive impact.
