IF Herman gets the nod, Orlando is the obvious choice and he'd be an amazing hire, IMO.

That would be awesome for sure. Don't know if he'd want to leave Utah, though. They're just about running the Pac12.

Moss - intriguing but he's a lifetime NFL guy who's never called a defense before

We are probably not going to pay a million dollars for Defensive coordinator.

So I suggest Josh Conklin a Pitt. He was a broyles award finalist last year at FIU and hand picked by Narduzzi to be DC at Pitt this year. He is only 36.

I will say this, Miami won't be back until we have a serious Defense. The last 10 years have been extremely disappointing considering the amount of monsters South Florida develops on that side of the ball.
