One went to Bama, one went to the NFL. It would be more concerning if they bounced for another school on our level.

kul also gave him a ****** rec to the NFL (from what i thought). Simpson was better imo than kul

i can't believe theyre using that as an indictment on diaz. he got these coaches to better positions (NFL and Bama).

It’s really reaching to meet an agenda. I think we have a coaching issue right now but I’m not looking for ways to trash Manny. UNC and CMU tells me plenty. Enos can still redeem himself by adjusting his offense by going to shotgun and spread. Manny can redeem himself by taking over the defense.

i agree. also, look the man is 4 games into his HC career. there will be growing pains. defensively, i think our D will improve esp as the secondary continues to get reps (replacing everyone but bandy isn't easy). the pass rush is something i do think manny will fix (whether its scheme, personnel, or both). getting nesta back will help and hopefully they move rosseau into the lineup and move patchan off. if it doesn't, i do trust manny to make that move himself considering its his pride and joy. offensively, enos is getting out coached and is incredibly stubborn. he knows what he likes to run and it isnt the locksley offense from Bama. well see if he adjusts over the bye week.

I still suspect Manny was a micromanager and that's why there's been a drop off on defense.

It was said that Kul Just wants to coach kids all the Other stuff he doesn’t care about. So i think you could carve him out a position he would like where he doesn’t want to recruit
 
Kool was a lazy recruiter, but not bad, but hes an absolutely elite DL coach.

He got let go at Bama not bc he couldnt recruit (he landed his targets there, including some we were after), but bc he's an ******* whose heart isn't in the college game any more.

he found his job. he worked with a bunch of the guys preparing for the combine and also before the pro season started.

Lies....

Coaches at this level are egotistical. Only a handful of coaches truly only want to coach. Other than that, they all want to be recognized for their work in two key areas, pay and title. He's going to want to be compensated and a high ranking title attached to that at least.
