Let's hire Brilles for oc

Precisely why it might just work. It would be a feel good story. Richt giving Briles a second chance and opportunity to learn from a coach with an impeccable background. Meanwhile we field furious offenses that light up scoreboards and have elite recruits dying to sign up. After a few years or a national title, the born-again Briles can move on to his next head coaching gig.

So, don't even make the call? We're of course speaking hypothetically because what we say has little bearing on anything, but you wouldn't even make the call to find out? I'd say chances are against this happening, but I'd still make the call and let him tell me know. As I said in Franchise's thread, pastor Richt is the perfect coach to pair Briles with.

Schiano did

Schiano got fired as a head coach because he sucked. Briles got fired as a head coach because of off the field ****.
Exactly he might to rebuild his image

I don't think Richt is into made-for-tv redemption stories for disgraced college fb coaches.
Don't get me wrong, I think Briles is a great football coach and I would love to see UM run his type of
offense, but he is not the type of coach Richt will bring in or work with.
Also, to bring in Briles or one of his disciples, you will probably need to make room for two new coaches.
Notice how Strong had to hire two (Briles disciples) coaches from the Tulsa staff.

Totally different system.
I mentioned in a similar thread that someone like the OC at Stanford (Bloomgren) may be more realistic, or
maybe one of the Heltons from USC who run something similar to what I think Richt wants to run.

To be clear, we're talking about Art Briles, not his son, right?
I can't believe I'm entertaining your question , yes

LOL.

You cant believe you're entertaining my question?! You made an abortion of a thread and you're trying to make me out to be crazy? Wow.
