For CarMax Richt.
Both super nice guys, both mediocre head coaches/CEOs.
When the offense is bad, it's the QB, OL, OCoord or some combo.
When the defense is bad, it's the DL, LB, CBs, DCoord or some combo.
When the specials teams and overall team discipline are putrid, several coordinators and coaches.
When all of the above, in year 3, it's the head coach CEO.
In the business world he would be on the hot seat. Unfortunately....

I see folks still blaming players (who of course are not blameless}. Can someone point out one single phase of the game we are good at with any sort of consistency?

Does Troy have 80 better players than us?
How did they manage to beat LSU at home?

One thing Ritch and Al have in common is that being loyal the staff is more important to both of them than results from the staff.

That and being likable, super nice guys who say just enough positive things and who you really hope can turn it around, while the team gets its **** pushed in on national TV constantly. Teams that after 3 years, have the same exact problems all across the board, not just in one or two areas.
Watch, we'll' hammer a rival or two, IOW, have a couple good games and consistently continue the wild inconsistency.
