1 - The one lateral where his knee was near/on the ground... HE DID NOT HAVE CLEAR POSSESSION. Thus, live ball.

2 - The player running on the field DOESN'T MATTER because he had no impact on said play. Penalty would've been on ensuing kickoff. No ensuing kickoff because the game is over.

3 - No block in the back. All clean blocks. The one block at the end was from the side.

4 - All the laterals were backwards.

Oh, and just for the record, whenever his knee was down, the ball was not in his possession 110%.

Yeah, that's all been confirmed by officials.

Ok LMFAO one block in the back around the 20, I am not talking about the one around midfield, their is one block in the back that is 100% in the back ( around our 20 ) HE GOT HAMMERED

They didn't call that, so it doesn't matter AT ALL within the rulebook. They didn't throw the flag on that block so it literally doesn't matter anymore AT ALL.

Only Miami fans would argue against each other over a win.

I was just clarifying the referee's ideals for those who didn't understand. Got some numbskull trying to tell me the unflagged block in the back matters.

I agree with that 100%

There was one block in the back, all other were legit but after getting hosed by ACC refs for years I will gladly take it. Now that Golden is gone we should all be rooting for Miami wins again. I guess some are still in the habit of rooting against this staff LOL

That's a picture, it wasn't in the replay. He wasn't down. End of story
I'm with you lol game shouldn't have got that far anyways. 3 PIs gave tthem 45yards on there final drive. Artie had an INT on that final drive which was called PI when he was playing the ball which he's allowed to do and has as much right to the ball as the WR. And the QB didn't cross the goal line and the time would have expired.

Well we caught a break . Thats one out of the 50 breaks that Duke has got from the refs in the last 5 games against us . Remember our TD reception that wasnt a TD reception when the same call went Dukes way when their receiver caught the ball? or the ridiculous replay ref when we played them at their place 3 years ago? Or the fact we had to play them away 2 years in a row because of the ****** ACC.
Payback is ****. We ruined Dukes Season. Schadenfreude baby.

It is hard to tell in a still picture but in the video it looked like the ball was coming loose. I am not sure if there was enough evidence either way but if they were looking to determine if that was a fumble I believe it would have been.

Look yall the refs were horrible that game, the game should have ended twice one with arties PI that wasnt and when we clearly knocked the dude away from the endzone

So stop saying all this crap about we should have lost blah blah blah if you arent enjoying it then you aint a cane fan

The still picture does not show motion. The ball was in motion. This pic is being distributed by Dook losers (Rob Lowe among them) all over Twitter. And if you're going to parse this play and split hairs - then go back to Dooks final drive and do the same. I can't believe there are Miami fans arguing this......
TURN IN YOUR CANE CARD and **** off
